Thursday at The Wilmslow Hospital, SK9 1NY
Video Clinic on a Tuesday night
I will fit in an urgent appointment as and when necessary
Arrival Time
Please arrive in good time for your appointment to allow for parking which is at a premium at all of the Hospitals.
If you are a new patient allow an extra 5 minutes to allow for completing a registration form if required.
SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT
Please let us know your preferred hospital and any time of day or day in the week that is most convenient.
PAYMENT
For all patients who are self funded we respectfully request that you pay prior to your appointment, you will receive an invoice via post or e-mail and that can be paid by;

Cash on the day (no cheques on the day please)
